What does the guarantee include with my new dentures?

At Arizona Dental Service, we guarantee our workmanship against breakage of dentures from natural causes. If a tooth comes out, we certainly will replace it at no cost to you. Our guarantee is for one year from the placement of dentures.

If you are coming in for your recommended appointments, including 24 hour post-op checks for our immediate denture patients and the permanent reline at six months, we guarantee the denture against breaks in the acrylic.

If something goes wrong, we will work to fix it at no cost to you. We have an established reputation for going the extra mile for our patients. We do not guarantee the teeth in the denture, however, against unnatural wear. For example, if you chew ice, that is not considered natural wear. We do not guarantee the fit of an immediate denture. Your mouth is changing a lot on a daily basis in the first six months of healing and moderately after that for life. We can't guarantee suction in any denture. Suction is obtainable, depending on the person, the size and shape of the mouth, among a number of other things. We will however, do everything humanly possible to get the best impression/fit possible. We also have temporary liners available to help immediate denture patients while they heal.
